Alarm went off at 7 and I crawled out of bed. I had taken a shower last night and fell asleep with my hair still damp. I put on my muppets t-shirt with Animal on it because that is what my hair looked like.

After soaking my head at the shower I headed off to find groceries. Passed the Sugar Shack. Isn't that what Hershey is all about?

As we pull back in to camp Ken, and Christina arrived towing significant others. We pry the pen out of Gretchen's hand to go to the sweet land of sugar crash.

Hershey was a clean park, with well placed restrooms, served Pespi products and was overrun with school children hopped up on sugar and energy drinks. It seem like today was the field trip day.

Little did I know while in school that the teachers were just as tired of school as the kids. The end of the school year trips were so they could vegetatate the last week too.

We walk in, wow what a what to advertise. Instead of you need to be 52" tall to ride this ride. They need to be a Hershey bar or Twizzler to ride this. Kyle was a Hershey bar, Derek was a Twizzler, the rest were Jolly Ranchers. I know I'm jolly I didn't know I had a ranch.

Once the school buses left it was easy to get on rides. The under 30 and older than 11 persons of our group take off on a mission. Ride every ride! Well, they failed. The newest one was too intimidating for them, but Alisa, Derek and I overcame that ride.

We didn't hit every coaster, but that was not my goal. After lunch of so so pizza, wonderful chili cheese fries and over priced drinks, we head for the how to make Hershey ride. We have to restrain Ken, he was trying to take a swim in the vat of chocolate. Hey if you have to die why not die happy?

We come back to camp tired and hungry. We cook dogs, burgers and chicken chili.

The wiped out kids fall asleep and Alisa and I gather up laundry and find the change machine broken. I can't say I'm upset, I want sleep too!
