Wonderful night sleep, woke up to birds loudly singing. What do we have to eat? Yummy, leftover beans would be nice! Kids had Chef Boyardee.

The goal today, get to Alisa's Aunt's house by 5:00. Maggie's bet is no, I'm still going to try!

We take showers and pack up. We pull out of the campsite around 12:30. Stop at the Dollar General for ice and, plastic cups, and plastic spoons, and water, and why is Derek counting out change at the only checkout? Oh, he is buying a top. Count faster son, count faster! We need to fly!

We take a small road the interstate, I ask out loud, "What is the speed limit on this road?" Alisa and I agree, what ever the moonshine runners can navigate without crashing. This is where NASCAR was born! We hit the interstate and try to keep up with the fastest traffic. Works well until the hills.

We need to get through Atlanta, out of Georgia, across South Carolina, and to Concord North Carolina. Go Speed, Go!

Wait, why is the traffic indicator on Maggie? Severe weather? How severe could that be? Look slow traffic right before that. Oh no, I see that ETA slipping from 5:15 to 5:30. What to you mean? You have to use the bathroom again? 5:45 Big hills. 6:00. Alisa you better call and give her an ETA of 6:30.

We make it there at 6:33. She has Pizza, Broccoli casserole, devilled eggs, and spinach dip. Alisa's cousin Greg's kids and Wife are there ( Greg was in Florida ). The kids had a great time.

There was no place to park without un-hooking the 33 Feet of Schmidtmobile and trailer. So I un-hook the trailer on a guest parking pad and park the van in her driveway. We had kids on the floor and Alisa an I took the guest bed.
